In 2014 our middle class was the envy of the world. The richest. We were even doing better than the USA.
Now look where we are today:
This map shows that the the average Canadian salary is now lower than the poorest state in the USA. Alabama and Mississippi residents make more per year on average than even Alberta workers, who make the highest on average. Here is the quote from google AI:
Income Comparison: In 2024, every Canadian province had a lower median employment income than the 50 US states, trailing behind states like Mississippi.
Geez, I wonder what happened after 2014 that led to such a globally unique economic disaster in just ten years? Was it a comet?
By golly, I do believe that Trudeau and the Liberals got elected in 2015! Since then we have had 11 years of woke, virtue signalling, eco-centrist, green energy, climate zealot, economically inept government. There is the source of our current misery, fellow Canadians. We need to wake up and quit blaming Trump for where we are. Say it like a mantra until it sinks in: "This is not Trump's fault."
The above was inserted yesterday. Take a look at this next one which just came online. The CBC propaganda machine wasted no time in trying to paper over the fact that we are poorer than Alabama when it comes to income. They will not face the truth. They are even willing to suggest that this economic disaster, so clearly ten years in the making, is somehow Trump's fault. After watching this clip, are you ready to start believing that the CBC cares nothing about reality, and what is actually happening to you? The clip is headlined "Liberals Upset that Canada is Poorer than Alabama"
Did you get the covid jab? I didn't. If you did, the findings from this mega study of 184 million people who did get it will likely make you nervous.
My website is a bit of a hodge-podge about what is wrong with Canada. A little bit here and a little bit there. But this one clip from Matt Walsh puts pretty much all of it together in one place. If you watch nothing else on this site, please watch this.
And please don't get huffy about Walsh suggesting that maybe the USA needs to invade Canada and take over. He uses that idea as a framework upon which to hang all that is seriously and even malevolently wrong with Canada.
Some of what we are doing, and allowing to happen, is evil. There is no other word for it.
He is right about what he is saying. You can find the evidence that I have gathered that backs him up in other locations on this site.
Most days I am able to keep relatively calm about what is happening to my country. The way Titanic passengers stayed calm after hearing this weird rumbling sound from down below.
The latest rumbling sound in Canada comes from Chilliwack, BC. Watch this, but maybe tie your jaw shut so it doesn't hit the floor.
In BC, within the country where I was born and raised and live, it is now illegal to believe that there are only two genders and to loudly proclaim it and vilify those who believe it and want to force you to do the same.
In BC I would become a pauper overnight, doomed to homelessness, if I dared to say what I believe out loud.
I say it out loud in the next entry below. In BC the thought police would be pounding on my door.
Tell me that this country of mine is just fine. Tell me I am over-reacting. Tell me that I still enjoy freedom of speech. Tell me that this country is just okey-dokey, when it can do this to a man for expressing what is the opinion of 99.9% of the entire world.
I admit it. When I read something like this my first reaction is just to get the hell out of here before it is too late. Before my government does in fact get around to building a wall on our southern border.
Like the one they built in Berlin some time ago.
Have you heard about the latest mass shooting at a hockey game in Rhode Island? It was another trans person. A married man, with children, who decided he was a woman. He killed his ex wife and his son. It took awhile to find out he was trans, because the media just kept ignoring that little detail, reporting it like this.
Coming hard on the heels of the murders at Tumbler Ridge (see my article below), I said to myself, hmm, there seem to have been a lot of mass shootings lately done by trans people. So I googled for a list. No list was forthcoming. Instead the google search pages looked like this:
They were all 'no evidence of trans shooter epidemic,' or 'trans people victims of violence', or 'trans shooters less than one percent of mass shooters.'
The ever vigilant google algorithm seemed to be falling all over itself in refusing to show a list, and instead was trying to get me to see that when it comes to the apparent sudden rash of trans murderers, there is nothing to see.
I finally found someone willing to talk about the truth on youtube, and ironically it was a very brave and honest gay person saying what the woke media is too afraid to say. His position is so picture perfect I think he deserves some kind of award. I love this guy. Take a look here.
I was ready to spend a page or two explaining why we need to completely shut down trans ideology and rigorously oppose those who believe it and push it. But then I found this, and in one poster it says it all:
What we have is a lose-lose situation. As long as we continue to pretend that trans people are real, more and more mentally unbalanced people--most of them young--are going to fall into the delusion. And too many of them will either kill themselves or kill others.
There is only one way out of this trap. And it is with the truth. There is no such thing as trans. Go ahead. Say it out loud. A man cannot become a woman, and vice-versa. Stop supporting it. Stop going along with it. Openly show your disdain for it. Youth who think they are trans need psychological help, not affirmation. Within a year or two, all of this sad insanity will disappear.
Let's take a peek at the Canadian media coverage of Jamal Jivani. He's the Conservative MP who went down south and had a meeting with his good friend VP Vance who then helped him meet with Trump. Jamal wanted to help get negotiations going. He is trying to save Canadian jobs, especially in his riding which relies on the automotive industry.
The Liberal Party, of course, reacted with its usual calm and balanced approach, calling him a nazi sympathizer (see the beginning of the Breitbart News article below).
How did the media treat his visit to Trumpland? First, let's look at Jamal's own account, in his interview with the American media outlet Breitbart News.
I hope my reaction is similar to yours. Jamal sounded pretty sincere. It sounds like he really does just want to help to get a deal going before any more economic damage is done to Canada. He is right about the lack of negotiations and that Carney needs to step up to get things going. Whatever the impact might be, Jamal getting a meeting with the president is pretty impressive. Is there a Liberal MP who could have done that? To me the basic question is, what harm could it do?
Now let's look at Canadian reactions.
We begin with CTV news, and I have to say good for this panel. No knee-jerk conservative bashing, no eyeball rolling at what this upstart Jamal guy went and did. The reactions were balanced, and overall they were ready to say that what Jamal did had some positive aspects to it, even if it may in the end not do a whole lot of good. Only the bottom right guy in the 'Hollywood Squares' box showed at least a hint of TDS. They did agree, generally, that Jamal's proactive approach should act as a bit of a stick poking Carney in the ribs to get something done.
But, sigh. Now we move on to the CBC.
Same old propaganda machine hard at work. Conservative bashing. Jamal bashing. Trump bashing. From start to finish, not one possible positive about what Jamal did. The CBC could not even bother to find one conservative who would agree with what Jamal tried to do. Nope. They made sure they picked a conservative who would fit right in with the panel.
I checked. Most conservative MP's do not have a problem with what Jamal did. And Polievre has not said anything against it at all. The CBC could easily have found at least one conservative member for the panel who would have said something positive. But they just could not do it. Their anti-Trump anti-conservative garment has to be seamless, woven from whole cloth from top to bottom.
And speaking of bottom, how about this bottom-feeder mature comment from a CBC analyst? Jamal isn't just unqualified, or unequipped, but also too ugly.
To finish off, you can take a peek at a few of the typically hysterical CBC listener type responses, here. Scroll through the four comments. The last one is particularly juicy insofar as it shows how some our Canadian leftist friends are ready to adopt the strategy of some of their American counterparts, ie if you don't like what someone is saying or doing, suggest killing them.
See these two beautiful girls? They are dead now. In Tumbler Ridge, BC. They and 7 others were murdered by an 18-year-old man. Dozens more are injured, some critically. I am so sick of seeing this, and so are you. I am not going to rant about it, even though the rage wants to come out every time I look at Cia and Kylie.
These are going to keep happening. I can show you why. The answer lies in the CBC's latest account of the story. You can read it for yourself here.
The following quotes from the article contain the reason why it happened, and why such demonic evils will continue to happen.
RCMP said Jesse Van Rootselaar, 18, killed her mother and stepbrother at home before opening fire at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School.
McDonald said Van Rootselaar identified as a female, but was assigned male at birth. She started transitioning about six years ago. She dropped out of school around four years ago.
Police had been to Van Rootselaar’s home on multiple occasions over the last several years in relation to mental-health calls, most recently in the spring. They took the weapons away at one point and then eventually returned them.
Police did not speak to motive and said officers have not found any note
Here now is my account. This is how it should have been written.
Jesse was a man, eighteen years old. Jesse became convinced that he was a girl. Instead of treating him as mentally ill and getting him help, everyone pretended he was normal. Eventually he proved he was not. He was so crazy that he shot and killed his own mother and step-brother, and then walked into a school full of innocent children. He was so sick, so crazy, that he was able to look Cia and Kylie in the eye and shoot them. He also murdered a teacher and at least six other kids. Then he killed himself.
My report is the true one. The one that accurately reflects reality. The one that reports facts.
The CBC report ignores that reality. It immerses itself in a lie, and expects you to go along. A cruel, ugly, evil lie that virtually guarantees that there will be another trans person who will act out their incipient rage by killing regular, ordinary children and adults.
Here is the lie that the article--and our sick, sick culture--is soaked in.
Jesse killed "her mother and step brother."
Jesse was actually born a girl, but based on something as ethereal as biology and genital organs, was mistakenly called a male at birth.
She started transitioning and she dropped out of school.
The RCMP in reporting the crime used her preferred pronouns.
The CBC report and the RCMP report implicitly promote transgenderism as real and normal. They called a man she. Until they refuse to normalize this madness, they are complicit in what happened to Cia and Kylie--and to Jesse. Until they can say that Jesse was a man, and a madman because of what he believed, they are helping to ensure that more and more Jesse's are being incubated and raised. And some of them will go looking for that shotgun hanging on the wall.
So if I were to rage against anyone, it wouldn't be Jesse. Not at first, anyway. I would rage at the CBC and the RCMP and any other agency or individual who is so stupid, so intellectually twisted, as to think that supporting and promoting a serious, deadly mental illness is somehow going to be good for kids.
Take another look at Cia and Kylie. Was your trans support good for them?
Was it?
Below: A Babylon Bee response to the CBC calling the killer a "gunperson,"
VANCOUVER — Canadian reporterpersons announced that policepersons have confirmed the identify of the gunperson in Tumbler Ridge.
Anchorpersons at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation confirmed that newspersons on the ground had confirmed the identity with multiple policepersons and firepersons present at the scene.
"CBC News can now confirm that local patrolpersons have a positive ID on the gunperson," said reporterperson Brad Stevenson. "The identification came through a city councilperson who passed a tip from a mailperson on to a policeperson. We now go live to our cameraperson who is on the scene."
At publishing time, the CBC anchorperson had turned things over to the station's weatherperson for what to expect this weekend.
Another Babylon Bee satire. This time about how the media pretends to have no idea what the connection might be between the perpetrators of most of the recent mass shootings.
U.S. — With the horrific news breaking of yet another mass shooting at a school, the media has remained completely stumped as to anything recent mass shooters could have in common.
Journalists desperately pored over the profiles of mass shooters over the last four years, hoping to find any sort of similarity or connection.
"What could it be??" sighed CNN journalist Mark Beuhler. "Think, Mark, think. There has to be something these people have in common, some thread that ties them together. I keep looking at these photos, these social media profiles. I just can't see it."
Journalists warned the public that despite their best efforts, no pattern whatsoever could be discerned that might help explain these shootings. "There is no rhyme or reason that we can elucidate," said investigator Roger Malone. "If only there was some sort of life experience, prescription medication, hormone replacemnt drugs, online community, social indoctrination, political affiliation, anything that these people shared, perhaps we could help stop more of these from happening. It's too bad."
At publishing time, journalists had proudly announced the discovery that all of the recent mass shooters were white.
